About Us

Bruce has over 30 years of experience launching and growing businesses in the legal technology services industry. At LexMata, he is responsible for setting the Company’s strategic direction and leading finance, partnership development, and marketing and sales.

Mr. Duff began his career in business development with KnightRider Corp., a legal copying and outsourcing company. Mr. Duff excelled at Knight Rider and quickly became the number two highest grossing salesperson in the company. Mr. Duff then founded Delaware Legal Copy in 1992, which was sold to Lason, Inc. in 1996. Following the sale, Mr. Duff led Lason’s legal vertical, which accounted for approximately $47 million in revenue. Mr. Duff left Lason in 1999 and founded Digital Legal Services, which was later rebranded as Advita.

Mr. Duff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Krithik is responsible for guiding LexMata’s research and development efforts and managing relationships with national artificial intelligence centers of excellence, such as many well-known AI vendors and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Mr. Ramesh conducts research into applying machine learning techniques, such as computer vision and foundation language models, to solve challenges in areas such as medical surgery, optical character recognition, and aeronautical structure design. Mr. Ramesh conducts research at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and has been a Machine Learning Research Scientist at Together AI. He’s received recognition for his work as Smithsonian Magazine’s Innovator to Watch in 2020 and Encyclopedia Britannica's 20 under 40 Change Makers in Medicine.

Mr. Ramesh is working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Joseph combines his unique background in computer science and law to lead LexMata’s solution development activities.

Mr. Quinn was a CTO at Advita before moving to LexMata. Prior experiences included software development, Amazon Web Services, cyber-security, and system administration roles with Kaseya, Agineek, and Skillcourt.

Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Pubic Law from Belmont University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida International University, and a Juris Doctor Law degree from the University of Miami. Mr. Quinn is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Florida International University.

Ryan has over nine years of experience in the legal document management industry and oversees all client activities from file intake to document export. He also supports the design, development, and output of new LexMata product offerings.

Prior to LexMata, Mr. Giangiuli was Director of Logistics for Advita where he managed the workflow of regional operations centers for record production, nurse review, and document organization. He also helped with RecordBoss feature development. Prior roles at Advita included Regional Operations Analyst and Regional Production Manager.

Mr. Giangiuli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Business and Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Christine leads LexMata's specialized Nurse Review program for law firms utilizing the LexMata platform. Christine is a Nurse and Lawyer with over 40 years of experience.

Prior to joining the LexMata team, Ms. Giordano was Director of Nurse Review for Advita. She has also worked as a Litigation Associate for firms such as Joseph L. Messa, Jr. & Associates, The Colleran Firm, Harvey, Pennington, Cabot, Griffith & Renneisen, Wright, Young & McGilvery, PC. She also worked as a Patient Care Manager for Bryn Mawr Hospital, Staff Nurse-Critical Care for Lankenau Hospital, and Staff Nurse for Atlantic City Medical Center.

Ms. Giordano earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing and Villanova University, and a Juris Doctor Law degree from Widener University School of Law.

Ms. Giordano was named Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania from 2013-2015.
